The Havre de Grace Independence Day Celebration kicks off with a Carnival located in Tydings Park Hours: Wednesday 6-10:30 p.m. Thursday 6- 10:30 p.m. Friday 6- 10:30 p.m. Saturday 4- 9:30 p.m. Saturday 1-4 p.m. w/ special pricing $10 wristbands Sunday 3- 9:45 p.m. The Parade will be held on Sunday, July 3 starting at p.m. The Concert will be held on Sunday, July 3 at Concord Point Park beginning at 7 p.m. The Fireworks will be held on Sunday, July 3 following the concert at dusk, approx 9 p.m.
